Shalom Health Care Services not only supports to assist with home activities such as: grooming and hygiene assistance, medication and treatment reminder, personal assistance, safety and overall wellness monitoring but also will aid the persons with setting goals to accomplish task with our assistance.

Respite Care Service
Respite services provide relief to a person's family or primary caregiver to enable him or her to participate in scheduled or unscheduled time away from the person, and to prevent gaps in the delivery of the person's services.
Direct Support Professional
A skilled professional Direct Support Professional (DSP), I will support persons of all age with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) with assistance to participate in their communities by aiding them with knowledge in safety, housekeeping, personal activities, transportation, and other task they need to know.
Host Home Provider
Your loved one(s) will join a host home with an very experienced, skilled, and capable family or individual they will assisted on behaving accordingly. Your loved one(s) will be monitored and supervised to help develop and improve everyday skills such as behavioral coping, socialization, cooking, laundry, budgeting, personal hygiene, and basic chores despite any conditions.
Companion Services
Companions are knowledgeable, professional and experienced DSPs that can positively impact your loved one(s) and your day-to-day life experience. Companions are educated to assist with the emotional stability while insuring physical health is not hindered. Companions have a great understanding of certain situations and assist with resolution.

Professional Behavioral Support
Behavior support is an appropriate service for a person who displays a pattern or patterns of behavior which are likely to seriously limit his or her ability to engage in activities or relationships that are meaningful to the person; or which threaten the physical safety of the person or those around them. The service educates the loved one(s) and family members to help assist with chronic behavioral problems.

Employment Specialist
Supported employment is both an approach and array of services that enables the persons to be successful in the workforce. The goal of supported employment is to assist people in finding and keeping employment in competitive jobs in typical integrated work settings.
Support Living With Out Transportation
Understanding travelling without a permanent or solid form of transportation can be hard, we assist persons that are independently living but still need support with their commute. We will assist with developing, and managing was for the persons to get through out the community.
Day Habilitation
A safe, secure and respectful place where you can visit to enjoy indoor - outdoor events. All Persons will be aided by staff to ensure everyone is safe and enjoying themselves.
